Join our team as an Assistant Manager of Front Desk Operations! We are looking for a dedicated individual to support the daily activities of our Rooms Operations, including Housekeeping, Recreation, Laundry, and Guest Services. This is an exciting entry-level management position where you will work closely with employees to ensure exceptional guest arrival and departure experiences, while maintaining the property’s cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Front Desk shifts and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Review critical information in room operations reports to maintain high performance.
Ensure all departments have the necessary supplies and uniforms.
Manage employee schedules based on business demands and track attendance.
Communicate performance expectations effectively with team members.
Assist in managing departmental expenses to meet or exceed budgetary goals.
Guest Experience Focus:
Engage with guests to gather feedback on service quality.
Address guest questions and concerns promptly, escalating issues as needed.
Participate in reviewing guest satisfaction metrics and comments with the team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; 3 years’ experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related fields.
Or a 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields with 1 year of experience in guest services.
