As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Sherwin-Williams, you will connect with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer inquiries about our wide range of products, and recommend tailored solutions. Your role will involve managing customer concerns promptly to ensure an exceptional level of satisfaction, while also staying informed about product features to uphold our visual and quality standards.
This position entails potential contact with customers of various ages and access to sensitive materials, necessitating a review of criminal history for the safety and reputation of our operations.
Working in this role will require flexibility to assist customers at any location within a 10 mile radius of our store located at: 646 E Pittsburgh St, Greensburg, PA 15601.

Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and offering suitable products and services. Build trustworthy relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions and uphold policies and procedures. Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain organized work order files and formula records. Retrieve products from the sales floor and warehouse as necessary. Tint and mix products to customer specifications when required. Stock shelves and create impactful displays. Keep store equipment clean and operational. Coordinate the loading/unloading of delivery trucks. Assist with deliveries as needed. Ensure assigned areas are always stocked and presentable. Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and available options. Follow inventory control procedures diligently. Propose innovative methods to improve sales. Minimum Requirements:
At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work without sponsorship. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Capability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs, and occasionally up to 70 lbs. Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service. Previous experience selling paint and related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
