Position Overview **
The Loan Servicing Clerk I performs a variety of routine administrative and loan servicing tasks to support the daily operations of the lending department. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with numbers, documentation, and customer inquiries in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities **
Process loan payments, disbursements, changes, and other servicing transactions.
Verify the completeness and accuracy of loan documents.
Perform calculations for loan distributions and escrow balances.
Monitor escrow payments and track loan delinquencies.
Research customer and internal inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses or resolutions.
Maintain required electronic loan files and update system records as needed.
Support the servicing team and supervisor with additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications **
High school diploma or equivalent required.
0–1 year of related experience preferred; training provided for entry-level candidates.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Basic understanding of loan servicing or financial operations is helpful but not required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable working in electronic systems. Excel skills a must.

Compensation and Benefits **
Annual salary: $41,600 – $45,000, depending on experience.
Candidates with significant prior loan servicing experience may be considered for a higher range.
