Full time contract available Required Qualifications Mammography Technologist, Mammography Experience: 2 years Certifications: BLS-AHA; M-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists; CERT-Diploma/Degree-Associate Float: yes nearby clinics in same area References: 1 Reference in entire work history Graduate of a school of Radiologic Technology, registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Mammography certification required Must meet ARRT(R)(M) requirements for exam counts and CEUs. 2 - 3 years of mammography experience is preferred. Ability to accurately position the patient for imaging according to ACR standards. Utilize techniques to physically manipulate and apply accessories to produce desired images. Ability to select technical factors and operate imaging equipment to produce quality diagnostic images. Must have at least one year of experience with both screening and diagnostic mammography. Basic computer literacy and applications for data entry and records maintenance. Maintain BLS certification. Strong organizational skills; must be able to manage and prioritize multiple workstreams and patient interactions simultaneously. Exhibit behavior which emphasizes quality, conscientiousness, and professionalism. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift 20 lbs throughout the day. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with patients and team members in a professional and caring manner.
