Location: 1470 Main Street Buffalo NY 14209. You may also be required to work at stores within a 30-mile radius. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service. Assist customers both in-person and over the phone, addressing their needs and recommending suitable products. Build trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain organized work order files and formulas. Prepare products from the sales floor and warehouse as needed. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications. Keep store displays well-stocked and visually appealing. Load and unload delivery trucks as required. Assist with deliveries when necessary. Ensure assigned areas remain in-stock and presentable. Stay informed about product offerings and available options. Adhere to inventory control procedures. Propose strategies for improving sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship. Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish. Valid, unrestricted driver's license required. Ability to lift material up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion. Must be willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in customer service, retail, or delivery roles. Experience selling paint and related products is a plus. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment is preferred.
