About the Role We are actively seeking an Executive Vice President of Finance & Accounting to play a pivotal role in steering our financial operations and strategic direction. In this executive-level position, you will oversee all aspects of finance and accounting, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Your expertise will be vital in delivering insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations, while leading the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to track performance and key metrics. Key responsibilities include: directing capital allocation, developing innovative financing strategies, managing risk frameworks to safeguard liquidity and financial health, as well as ensuring precise accounting operations that adhere to GAAP and support robust internal controls. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, with a CPA highly preferred. A minimum of 10-20 years of progressive experience in accounting and FP&A, particularly within the wealth management or broader financial services sector, is essential. You should bring proven leadership skills, technical proficiency in financial reporting and ERP systems, advanced Excel capabilities, and data modeling expertise. A deep understanding of investment advisory, regulatory compliance, and multi-entity consolidations will set you apart.
