The Maintenance Custodian Associate helps maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for members and associates. You are on your feet and on the go, responsible for appearances such as a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors, while maintaining a positive attitude to ensure a great member experience. What you’ll do
Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials per guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to management. Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) while adhering to company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment. Ensure a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as needed, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash per the company Environmental Sustainability Program. Maintain appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotate chemicals, store them correctly, and place orders to replenish supplies when low. Support a positive member experience by ensuring customers have a great first and last impression. Qualifications
