Manage and lead in a multiunit capacity, directing a larger team across two store locations. Provide and model best-in-class guest service; greet guests, respond to questions, assist with gaming needs, promote promotions, and circulate throughout the store to prioritize guest service. Support the shopping environment, including visual/operational elements, current sales initiatives, and guest relationships that drive sales and repeat business. Process guest purchases/returns accurately using the POS system, including handling cash and providing receipts. Respond to guest inquiries in person or by phone; use the official store phone greeting and maintain professional communication. Promote GameStop guest benefits (e.g., reservations, trade-in, Pro Rewards). Recruit, interview, hire, assess, develop, and retain high-performing associates. Ensure associates complete onboarding and training prior to opening/closing shifts; ensure knowledge of store policies, inventory controls, loss prevention, safety, financial protocol, and ethical responsibilities. Communicate with the District Manager to implement initiatives; train store associates on responsibilities, policies, and guidelines; supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates, Retail Keyholders, and Assistant Store Managers. Schedule associates following guidelines, manage breaks/meals, and maintain optimal staffing for guest service excellence. Approve payroll and manage time off and edits; ensure accurate compensation for time worked. Provide timely recognition and feedback; document performance in the HR system. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, merchandising, and equipment functionality. Fulfill Omni-Channel orders daily and manage stock across stores in the district/region. Lead inventory counts, stock/restock, and ensure products are represented and organized on the sales floor. Protect company assets through inventory control and loss prevention; inspect package contents at closing as appropriate. Lead the store team in meeting sales, profit, and shrink goals; complete required administrative duties. Count, balance, and reconcile daily transactions; manage bank deposits and closeout paperwork. Verify shipments for discrepancies; conduct counts and report variances to the District Manager. Process defectives/recalls and ensure proper labeling and packing. Maintain safety for associates and guests; report injuries per guidelines. Maintain organized store records and up-to-date manuals. Form professional partnerships with appropriate military personnel where applicable (stores on military bases). Adhere to GameStop policies and the Associate Handbook and Code of Standards, Ethics & Conduct. Qualifications

Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States; 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred. At least 1 year of retail management experience required; 3 years of retail sales/guest service/leadership experience preferred. Video game knowledge preferred. Key Job Skills and Abilities

Outgoing, welcoming personality with strong people skills; provide genuine, individualized guest assistance. Clear verbal and written communication; English proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Ability to work independently and as a team head; meet leadership performance expectations. Operate POS system; basic math and prioritization skills; complete required paperwork accurately. Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions and convey them to others; execute financial tasks per policy. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment; meet objectives and handle stress; be reliable and trustworthy. Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Physical ability to stand/walk up to 12 hours; lift up to 30 lbs and reach/stoop as needed.
