Role Overview
We’re seeking a hands-on
Repairs/Service Manager
to lead operations at our Boulder and Weld County repair facilities. This position is ideal for an operations-minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and wants ownership over both the performance and culture of a growing service business. As the
primary operator
for our local repair business, you’ll manage all aspects of daily operations — including technician leadership, scheduling, workflow optimization, customer relations, and financial performance. You’ll have broad decision-making authority with minimal corporate oversight, reporting directly to company leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the team of repair technicians across Boulder and Weld locations. Plan, schedule, and coordinate repair work to ensure efficient throughput and timely completion. Maintain high standards for service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Oversee parts procurement and vendor relationships to support repair operations. Drive results against key performance targets — including labor efficiency, quality/rework rates, and profitability. Control local budgets and ensure cost-effective use of labor, materials, and tools. Communicate regularly with leadership on progress, challenges, and operational needs. Implement company policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in service operations or repair management (RV, automotive, or similar). Proven success leading a team of technicians or skilled tradespeople. Strong leadership and communication skills, with an emphasis on accountability and performance. Working knowledge of repair shop management systems and operational workflows. Customer-first mindset and commitment to service quality. Valid driver’s license; occasional regional travel required between sites.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$90,000 annually. Performance Bonus:
Up to
$10,000 annually
based on achievement of key financial performance targets. Benefits:
Health, dental, and vision insurance; and paid time off.
