Our facility includes a fully equipped Pilates Reformer Studio, Group Exercise Studio (featuring Yoga, Barre, Pilates, and more), a Personal Training and Free Weights area, Massage Therapy, Stretch Lab, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Nutritionist support. We are expanding our professional development offerings through APEX Teaching Opportunities — a mentorship and continuing education initiative designed to help instructors grow their careers, refine their skills, and become leaders in the wellness community. Our mission is to empower every client through education, movement, and individualized care — both in-person and online. Role Description

We are seeking a passionate, certified Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. This is a part-time, on-site role at our Folsom, CA studio with opportunities for early morning, late evening, and/or weekend classes. The ideal candidate will lead group Reformer and mat classes, provide personalized instruction, and create a safe, encouraging, and motivating environment for clients of all fitness levels. You’ll also collaborate with other team members to ensure each session supports our clients’ goals and the overall Fitness S.O.S. mission. Schedule Needs

Early morning availability (approximately 5:30 AM – 9:00 AM) Late evening availability (approximately 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM) Weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday) Key Responsibilities

Lead high-quality Pilates Reformer and group classes Provide customized, client-centered instruction Assess clients’ fitness goals and adjust session programming as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and professional studio environment Collaborate with other instructors and wellness professionals Promote memberships, private training, and upcoming programs Qualifications

Pilates Instruction and Group Exercise skills Barre and other format certifications or experience a plus Ability to understand and adhere to KPI’s Ability to perform at a high-quality level and sell memberships and/or personal training Knowledge in Physical Therapy techniques Strong Customer Service and Teaching abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire clients Certification in Pilates Instruction is required CPR/AED certification is required Experience in a fitness or wellness setting is beneficial Seniority level
