We are seeking a proactive and bilingual Field Safety Manager to join our growing team. This role supports clients at job sites, ensures compliance with safety regulations, and cultivates a culture of safety excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a technical understanding of safety practices and is skilled at building relationships with both field teams and leadership. Experience delivering or overseeing hands-on training in equipment safety (forklift, boom lift, and scissor lift), fall protection, and trenching and excavation is highly valued. What We’re Looking For
Proactive and bilingual Field Safety Manager to support clients at job sites, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and promote a culture of safety excellence. Strong communication skills with ability to build relationships with field teams and leadership. Experience delivering or overseeing hands-on training in equipment safety (forklift, boom lift, and scissor lift), fall protection, and trenching and excavation. Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging safety training, toolbox talks, and orientations in both English and Spanish. Conduct regular job site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and client-specific safety requirements. Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and safety activities. Identify potential hazards, provide corrective recommendations, and follow through to resolution. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning. Collaborate with client leadership to implement and improve site-specific safety programs. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, modeling STC’s core values of integrity, service, and excellence. Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). 3–5+ years of safety management experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industries. Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and best practices in occupational safety. Proven ability to deliver and manage training in areas such as: Fall Protection, Trenching & Excavation, Forklift, Boom, Scissor Lift Operation, Lockout/Tagout, PPE, Hazard Communication, Machine Guarding and Ladder Safety Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and travel to client sites within the DFW area. Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 30, CHST, CSP, or equivalent) preferred. What We Offer
