Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. Pay and benefits
Walmart provided pay range. Base pay range: $14.00/hr - $27.00/hr. The actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may apply in specific circumstances (from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour) based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Employment type: Full-Time or Part-Time.
