We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead federal growth initiatives within the ISR domain for a global space services leader.

You’ll take charge of developing and executing strategic plans to expand partnerships across defense, intelligence, and civil agencies, working closely with cross-functional teams to align advanced space-based capabilities with federal mission needs.

Key Responsibilities

Define and lead federal business development strategy across ISR markets.

Drive capture efforts for high-value contracts with DoD, IC, and civil customers.

Build and manage senior-level relationships within government and prime contractors.

Partner with technical and product teams to align solutions to mission challenges.

Represent the company as a thought leader across national security and space forums.

Key Requirements

Federal business development experience in the aerospace, defense, or ISR sector.

Proven success leading multi-million-dollar bids or IDIQ pursuits.

Deep understanding of FAR/DFARS, OTA, and federal procurement lifecycles.

Active Top Secret clearance (SCI eligible).
