Position Overview:
Join our team as an Evening Maintenance Specialist, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production and manufacturing equipment. Your expertise will be crucial in diagnosing and repairing equipment malfunctions, performing preventative maintenance, and upgrading production lines with cutting-edge technology. Key Responsibilities: Execute preventative maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair production equipment as required. Conduct breakdown analysis to identify issues and devise necessary solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work environment as part of general housekeeping duties. Collaborate with outside contractors working on assigned production lines. Facilitate line changes for package changeovers as needed. Adhere to GMP, safety, and audit standards in all tasks. Demonstrate self-management by working independently under limited supervision, with thorough documentation of work schedules and completed tasks. Additional Requirements:
Candidates must have their own hand tools and be prepared to work in conditions with exposure to heat, noise, gas, and chemicals. The role involves frequent lifting, climbing, standing, walking, crouching, squatting, bending, and kneeling. Weekend and/or holiday work may be necessary.
