Responsibilities
Leads, develops and executes the foundation’s stewardship strategy to achieve goals for donor engagement and loyalty.
Responsible for social media postings, media relations, news updates to donors, and the ongoing electronic newsletter for donors.
Editor and content developer for the foundation’s donor recognition materials, including editorial calendar, interviews, copywriting, photography and other facets of stewardship collateral materials and publications. Serves as the point person for Digital Display Donor Recognition Walls at each campus.
Creates and executes stewardship events. Provides marketing and communications support for fundraising events. Coordinates photography/videography and graphic design for foundation communications programs; maintains an organized library of visual assets.
Develops the department budget regarding donor relations. Monitors and reports spending on an ongoing basis to meet objectives within budget limits.
Maintains technical and professional expertise through ongoing education, growth and development.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or related fields. - Required
Experience
5 years in communications or related non-profit experience - Required
