The Shift Supervisor is responsible for creating the Buzz Life experience for all guests and team members. The Shift Supervisor serves as a shining example of excellent service for both internal and external guests. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent Better Buzz experience that is in line with the values of the company. The Shift Supervisor provides support to all members of Better Buzz and ensure compliance with company policies and expectations. Duties: Responsible for balancing and managing deposits Active in inventory and waste management Administer breaks Adhere to opening and closing duties checklist and procedures Any other duties at the discretion of the store manager or other members of leadership Better Buzz Coffee is a local USDA Organic Certified Coffee Roaster with multiple current locations and growing. We source and roast all our coffees and we are dedicated to our purpose of providing the Better Buzz experience by fueling each day with exceptional coffee and food in an inspiring environment. We are committed to providing outstanding service to our community while fostering a fun and upbeat work environment for our team. We are always pushing forward, growing and improving to ensure we are the absolute best we can be.
