What you’ll do
Maintain a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors to ensure a positive first and last impression for members.
Operate continuously on your feet in fast‑paced environments.
Perform safety sweeps, respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
Follow safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including proper forklift spotting and hazardous material handling.
Maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, rotating and storing them correctly and placing orders when supplies are low.
Keep a positive attitude and member satisfaction as the top priority.
Perform general maintenance as necessary to ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
Comfortable working on your feet for an entire shift in physically demanding environments.
Adaptable to changing work scenarios.
Prior experience in a maintenance or custodial role is a plus.
