Typical Day in the Life As a Healthcare Reimbursement Manager, you will spearhead financial projects related to Medicare and Medicaid cost report services for diverse healthcare facilities. Your role will be key in building a high-performing team that is committed to exceptional client service and delivering impactful results. Your day might include: Overseeing cost report preparation and ensuring project goals are achieved, focusing on team development, responding to client needs, and maintaining engagement profitability. Creating valuable outcomes by clearly outlining engagement objectives, presenting insights, and providing actionable recommendations to clients. Managing client relationships with integrity, identifying needs, and developing value-driven solutions. Driving growth through staff development and contributing to business development initiatives while expanding market reach. Collaborating with leadership to innovate services and strategies within the reimbursement practice. Staying updated on evolving healthcare regulations and providing clients with trusted insights. Who You Are You possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting (CPA preferred but not required). You have 7-10 years of experience in Healthcare Reimbursement. You have in-depth knowledge of third-party reimbursement and payment methods within the healthcare sector. You excel at independently managing multiple projects effectively. You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally. You possess strong relationship-building skills that foster trust with clients and colleagues. You are tech-savvy, particularly with Microsoft Office (Excel pivot tables and formulas are second nature), and adapt quickly to new software. You are detail-oriented, results-driven, and consistently meet deadlines. Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship. Compensation: $95,000-$160,000 Our compensation framework focuses on competitive and fair pay. Final compensation will consider factors like geography, experience, education, skillset, and internal equity.
