Part Time Childcare Program Manager - Tenafly Public School District
Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs with a focus on learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students. Responsibilities
Drive the mission by ensuring safety and joy standards across staff, maintaining clear roles and responsibilities, and coaching staff to address challenges promptly to maintain team cohesion and productivity. Safety Assurance: support and report on safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all participants; identify and submit proof of MMR as required. Lead and supervise program operations, including attendance protocols, behavior policies, safety procedures, and ensuring program tasks are completed effectively. Qualifications
18 years of age or older Proof of High School diploma or GED Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs Coursework or training in child development or related field Strong communication skills (oral, written, and visual) with adults and children Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn White Glove customer service experience preferred New Jersey State Requirements
Ability to meet state-specific requirements; First Aid and CPR in-person; cleared tuberculosis test Short & long term disability coverage Requirements Based On Capacity
6-15 children: High School Diploma or GED; 6 hours training in child care; 2 years experience 16-30 children: various combinations of education/experience as outlined (see original) including options such as NRPA certifications with relevant training and experience 31 or more children: several pathways including degrees, certifications, and/or combinations of training and experience as detailed in the original description Benefits
