Overview
As a
Superintendent , you’ll lead all onsite construction activities—from kickoff through closeout—to ensure every project is safe, on schedule, within budget, and of the highest quality. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff while partnering closely with Project Managers, design teams, and clients to drive success. What You’ll Do
Lead all onsite operations, ensuring compliance with safety, schedule, and quality standards.
Enforce OSHA and company safety policies; conduct daily safety meetings and inspections.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and resources; drive two- to six-week lookahead schedules.
Maintain field documentation in Procore (Daily Logs, RFIs, photos, inspections).
Ensure work meets design and specification standards through ongoing inspections and quality checks.
Oversee project closeout, punch lists, and final turnover.
Partner with the Project Manager and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
What You Bring
7+ years
of commercial construction field leadership (Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent).
Proven ability to manage multiple trades and complex projects from the ground up.
Proficiency in
Procore
and understanding of
Microsoft Project
scheduling concepts.
Strong knowledge of plans, specs, building systems, and trade coordination.
Commitment to safety;
OSHA 30
and
First Aid/CPR
preferred.
Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel regionally as needed.
