Base pay range
$140,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Role: CPA Location: Manhattan, NY Duties: - Prepare and review detailed financial statements and reports for high net worth clients - Manage and oversee complex tax planning, compliance, and filing for affluent individuals - Conduct audits and financial reviews to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance - Provide strategic financial advice tailored to high net worth clients’ needs - Collaborate with legal teams to ensure proper financial documentation and adherence to legal standards - Monitor and analyze financial data to identify opportunities for tax savings and financial optimization - Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and financial data - Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and financial regulations affecting high net worth individuals - Assist in estate planning, trust management, and other specialized financial services - Support the firm’s billing and financial management processes Requirements: - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred - Extensive experience in accounting, with a focus on high net worth individuals or legal firms - Strong knowledge of tax laws, estate planning, and financial regulations - Proven ability to manage complex financial data and prepare detailed reports - Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills - High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality - Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with legal professionals and clients Seniority level
