Strategically develop and cultivate a robust sales pipeline targeting premium private educational institutions, maintaining comprehensive visibility throughout the entire opportunity lifecycle Deliver captivating, high-impact presentations that illuminate our innovative learning methodology and directly address stakeholders' most pressing challenges Independently navigate the complete sales journey from initial prospecting to successful deal closure, consistently achieving ambitious revenue objectives Forge and cultivate meaningful relationships with influential decision-makers throughout the private education ecosystem Utilize our CRM platform to maintain meticulous documentation and generate accurate forecasting data What You Won’t Be Doing

Overseeing staff members—this position is designed for a results-driven individual contributor focused on frontline sales execution Operating within inflexible frameworks—you'll be creating the strategic blueprint for market penetration Depending on extensive support infrastructure for lead generation or deal completion Marketing a conventional product in an oversaturated marketplace Enterprise Account Executive Key Responsibilities

Drive substantial revenue expansion by securing commitments for our innovative 2 Hour Learning solution within the private education sector, establishing a formidable market presence, and achieving exponential year-over-year growth. Basic Requirements

Minimum 3-year track record in B2B sales environments with demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing revenue objectives Proven expertise managing comprehensive sales cycles from initial prospecting through final contract execution Previous experience in education markets (specifically US K-12) or related sectors such as EdTech, SaaS solutions, or educational services strongly desired Exceptional consultative selling abilities and relationship cultivation skills Demonstrated proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot US-based location required Comprehensive understanding of the United States private education landscape Willingness to dedicate 50-75% of time to travel for client meetings and industry events About 2 Hour Learning

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
