Clinical Supervisor, Family Care Community Partnership (FCCP) Overview Position Summary:

Support a team of Family Support Partners and Family Service Care Coordinators in partnering with families to ensure basic needs are met, families are connected to their communities in a meaningful way, and to reduce family stressors and respond to families in crisis. The program addresses social determinants of health, reduces access barriers to appropriate care, enhances equity for families, increases positive childhood experiences to keep children in their primary homes, prevents child abuse and neglect, and reduces or eliminates the need for child welfare involvement. Supervisors provide ongoing clinical and program supervision to assigned team members to ensure high-quality, individualized FCCP/Wraparound services to eligible families in the West Urban region. Responsibilities also include assisting the Director with daily program operations and engaging community stakeholders to advocate for families in the region. Supervisors will receive Wraparound training and will become certified as trainers to provide ongoing coaching and certification for staff.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing clinical and program supervision to FCCP/Wraparound staff to ensure quality, individualized services.

Assist the Director with tasks related to daily program operations and community engagement.

Engage community stakeholders to advocate for the needs of families in the region.

Participate in Wraparound training and attain certification as trainers to support coaching for new and existing staff.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc.) and independent RI mental health license required, with at least 5 years’ experience providing family-based services, including at least 1 year in a supervisory position.

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program, staff, client, and agency needs.

Willingness to share on-call responsibilities.

Bilingual/ASL skills compensated by an additional 6% above base pay.

Multilingual skills compensated by an additional 8% above base pay.

Physical Requirements

Community visits required; ability to travel to clients’ residences, community locations, and office sites (may involve stairs/elevators).

Lift up to 20 lbs.

Effective communication skills.
