UPMC Shadyside is looking for an Imaging Services Student Tech to support our Radiology Diagnostic Department. This is your chance to gain real-world clinical experience, learn directly from expert technologists and radiologists, and start building your career in Imaging now! Why This Role Is for You Perfect opportunity for Imaging students ready to launch their careers Flexible scheduling with Monday-Friday and weekend options, working around your school schedule. One holiday required per year Hands-on training with advanced imaging technology Work side by side with experienced technologists and radiologists Build your skills while completing your degree What You’ll Do Perform imaging procedures under the supervision of a registered technologist Learn to use advanced imaging equipment for acquisition and analysis of image data Assist with patient positioning, exam setup, and contrast preparation (under supervision) Support daily equipment checks, quality control, and safety protocols Manage exam scheduling, arrival, and documentation in Radiology Information Systems Maintain clinical proficiency by completing competencies and equipment training Must be an active 2nd year student in ARRT, ARDMS, CNMT, or NMCTB approved school.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
