The Director of Operations will oversee and guide all core operational functions, including manufacturing, field service and installations, supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and quality oversight. This leader will define operational priorities aligned with company strategy and ensure consistent execution, efficiency, and compliance across the organization. This role works closely with executive leadership to translate business objectives into operational plans, establish scalable processes, and support continued company growth. The Director will also build and develop a high-performing operations team and manage key external manufacturing and supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities Ensure operational activities comply with the company’s quality system and applicable regulatory standards Partner with sales and marketing to plan production and capacity based on demand forecasts. Manage and evaluate third-party manufacturers and supply partners to support consistent product availability. Develop a robust, flexible supply chain capable of supporting current production needs and long-term growth. Oversee the scheduling and coordination of equipment installations, service calls, and repairs performed by internal staff and external partners. Build and maintain organizational processes that support regulatory compliance, quality expectations, and operational reliability. Assess and introduce tools, systems, and workflow improvements to drive operational efficiency and reduce cost. Lead budgeting and resource planning for operational functions; monitor spending and adjust plans where necessary. Stay informed on technologies and industry practices that may enhance operational capabilities. Oversee warehouse operations, spare parts management, and field service depot activities. Perform additional operational and strategic tasks as needed to support business priorities.

Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree required. 10+ years of experience in operations or manufacturing leadership, preferably in the

medical device

sector. Familiarity with electro-mechanical production processes is beneficial. Demonstrated experience working within ISO 13485 or similar regulated quality frameworks. Strong understanding of validation protocols, change control, and quality system audits. Experience working with stakeholders at all levels, from production teams to senior leadership. ERP system experience required; familiarity with Priority or NetSuite is advantageous.
