As an integral part of our practice, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of high-net-worth clients to develop comprehensive estate plans, handle probate matters, and draft wills and trusts. Why join us? Provide comprehensive estate planning services to our clients, including drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. Handle probate and trust administration, including probate court filings, estate tax returns, and distribution of assets. Collaborate with clients to understand their estate planning goals and develop strategies to achieve them. Work closely with other attorneys and staff to ensure that all legal documents are accurate and comply with state laws. Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in estate planning and probate laws. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and legal advice. Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
Job Details
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in the Oregon Bar. 5+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, wills, and trusts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. High level of professionalism and adherence to legal and ethical standards. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients.
