This pivotal role involves close collaboration with the Executive Team to enhance financial performance, manage risks effectively, and offer strategic guidance for the company's long-term sustainability. As our CFO, you'll bring extensive experience in SaaS business models, especially focusing on subscription-based and recurring revenue streams. You will oversee all financial operations including financial planning and analysis, accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Your expertise will be crucial in planning and executing growth strategies aimed at increasing revenue, EBITDA, and profit margins. Ideal candidates should hold at least a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; an MBA or CPA is a plus. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in senior financial roles, especially within high-growth SaaS environments, you will have demonstrated a successful track record of scaling B2B software/SaaS companies, preferably past the $100M threshold, and possess experience in venture-backed startups.
