Enterprise AI Consultant - Salesforce Agentforce
Slalom is seeking an experienced technical architect to serve as a strategic leader on Salesforce AI transformation initiatives across global enterprises in telecommunications and high‑tech industries. You will design and deliver next‑generation AI‑powered cloud platforms, lead multi‑year, $5M+ programs and collaborate across domains such as AWS, NVIDIA, and Google.

What You’ll Do
Participate in elicitation of complex requirements related to AI in Salesforce.
Lead client meetings to drive use‑case outcomes and business analysis.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver AI in Salesforce outcomes.
Act as a functional consultant/business analyst focusing on AI in Salesforce on client engagements.
Work with other Slalom teams across specializations to create POCs/POVs that expand the use of AI in Salesforce leveraging AWS, NVIDIA, Google, etc.
Provide thought leadership and best practices around AI in Salesforce in engagements.
Create delivery assets for other teams.
Teach and enable global and local market teams on best practices for using AI in Salesforce.
Coordinate and create customer stories highlighting AI in Salesforce.
Assist in creating market‑fit plans, total addressable market, and pipeline triage in coordination with the Account & Capability Lead.
What You’ll Bring
Ability to elicit business requirements and uncover underlying needs.
Proficient Salesforce configuration expertise across clouds.
Proficient knowledge/experience in domains related to AI in Salesforce.
Understanding of declarative limits and code‑development best practices.
Track record of successful project delivery.
Ability to explain complex topics to audiences of varying skill levels.
Advanced organization skills.
Suggested certifications: AI Associate, AI Specialist, Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant.
Suggested experience: Prompt engineering, RAG solution patterns with foundational models, Data Cloud retrievers.
Nice to have: Experience with OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex, NVIDIA NeMo/NIMs.

Compensation and Benefits Base salary range is $122,000–$225,000 for Principal level. Eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include paid time off, holidays, parental leave, 401(k) with match, comprehensive health/dental/vision coverage, adoption and fertility assistance, disability coverage, and wellness reimbursement.
