Overview

Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist position at Trinitas Regional Medical Center in collaboration with Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine invites applications for a faculty position at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Trinitas Regional Medical Center. The Department is responsible for all anatomic and clinical laboratory services at Trinitas Regional Medical Center, a 554-bed Level II trauma center that provides comprehensive health care for the region. The successful candidate will be a member of the Anatomic and Clinical Pathology team, consulting with clinical staff, participating in tumor boards, and working with the laboratory staff. This is a general pathology service within a community hospital, although subspecialty expertise in cytopathology is desirable.

Responsibilities

Consult with clinical staff and participate in tumor boards.

Work with laboratory staff providing general pathology services for the community hospital.

Collaborate within the Anatomic and Clinical Pathology team as part of a multidisciplinary department.

Pursue subspecialty expertise in cytopathology as desirable.

Qualifications

MD, DO, or MBBS required.

Board certification or board eligibility in AP/CP.

Academic rank and compensation commensurate with qualifications and academic experience.
