Part-Time Guest Services Representative

POSITION SUMMARY The Guest Services Representative (GSR) is essential in ensuring our guests have the best experience possible. In this role, you will assist guests, handle phone inquiries, check guests in and out, and manage payments according to company procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing front office paperwork and upholding safety and security standards for both guests and associates. MAJOR JOB DUTIES Commit fully to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Respond promptly to guest requests with thorough follow-up. Empower yourself to resolve guest concerns using the Make it Right process, embracing our service culture. Efficiently process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures while adhering to guidelines. Manage in-house balances and maintain accurate records of cash and credit transactions. Prepare and maintain the breakfast display on time. Keep the front desk, lobby, and guest common areas clean and organized. Promote ESA services to potential guests through telephone and in-person inquiries, aiming to convert leads into reservations. Gather relevant guest information for potential sales opportunities. Conduct periodic property tours to ensure brand standards are met. Provide reasonable accommodations to guest requests when feasible. Follow all company policies, including safety and key control guidelines. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in maintaining the hotel's cleanliness across different areas, including guest laundry and fitness room. Participate in cross-training for housekeeping and laundry as needed. Complete other tasks assigned by management. BENEFITS Weekly Pay!
