$61-$64 per visit + benefits, 401k, mileage reimbursement, paid time off We are looking for a dedicated Wound Care Nurse to join our team and provide specialized care to patients with complex wounds. Your vital expertise will help promote healing and enhance the quality of life for those in need. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough wound assessments and design personalized care plans Apply advanced wound care techniques, such as debridement and wound vac therapy Educate patients and caregivers on effective wound prevention and management strategies Collaborate with healthcare providers for cohesive patient care Document wound healing progress accurately Qualifications Current RN license in New Jersey Certification in Wound Care (e.g., WOCN or WCC) At least 1 year of acute care or med-surg experience Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance CPR certification for healthcare providers Why Join Moorestown Visiting Nurse Association?
