Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-training may occur to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customers according to procedures. Promotes credit and loyalty programs. Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established procedures and standards. Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards. Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store overall. Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback. Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures. Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs. Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Possesses excellent customer service skills. Flexible schedule to support business needs. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation. Works effectively with peers and supervisors. Retail customer experience is preferred. Benefits
