We’re looking for a
Social Media & Community Manager
who can shape Fireflies’ voice across platforms, engage our audience meaningfully, and make our social presence stand out. You’ll own everything from content planning to day-to-day engagement, and work closely with our influencer marketing team to ensure creator-led stories align with our brand narrative.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role — perfect for someone who lives online, understands internet culture, and knows how to turn brand followers into active advocates.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow Fireflies’ presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Plan and execute social media calendars that balance education, storytelling, and brand recall.
Engage with users — respond to mentions, comments, and community posts to keep conversations active and authentic.
Collaborate with design, product, and content teams to produce engaging campaigns.
Monitor social trends and jump in on relevant conversations in real time.
Analyze performance metrics, track engagement, and share insights to optimize content strategy.
Partner with the influencer marketer to align creator campaigns with overall brand messaging.
Share community insights and social data to guide influencer strategy.
Repurpose creator content across Fireflies’ social channels and help amplify key campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in social media management or community marketing, preferably in a Tech/SaaS environment.
Strong grasp of online culture, platform trends, and what drives engagement.
Excellent writing instincts and visual storytelling sense.
Bonus: you’ve been a content creator yourself or have strong on-camera presence — comfortable recording short videos or hosting community moments.
Analytical and creative — able to blend performance insights with storytelling.
Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple initiatives with ownership.
