$120,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr What You’ll Do
Lead the design and optimization of real-time computer vision algorithms for drone detection, tracking, and classification. Build and deploy efficient machine learning models that perform reliably in resource-constrained, mission-critical environments. Collaborate closely with embedded and hardware teams to integrate vision and control systems on custom platforms. Conduct extensive field testing to ensure robustness under diverse environmental conditions. Mentor junior engineers and shape best practices for ML and vision development. Contribute to hardening prototype systems into rugged, deployable platforms for various defense and security applications. What You’ll Bring
Deep passion for computer vision, ML, and robotics — ideally with hands-on experience in autonomous systems. Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of professional experience building and deploying ML-based vision systems. Strong coding ability in
Python and C++ , with experience in
TensorFlow, PyTorch , or similar frameworks. Proven experience with
real-time perception ,
sensor fusion , or
embedded deployment
of vision algorithms. Familiarity with cameras, LIDAR, RADAR, or related sensor technologies. Excellent collaboration skills and an interest in mentoring and growing technical teams. Why Join
