$60,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Help build the next era of AI-native software experiences. Super is redefining how real estate operates through agentic AI. We are deploying intelligent customer service agents that save time, reduce overhead, and scale seamlessly across property management operations. We’re early-stage, growing fast, and building an ambitious engineering team. We’re looking for a hands-on AI Product & Infrastructure Engineer who can push the boundaries of conversational and voice AI at scale. This is a high-agency role with deep ownership of both the end-user experience and the systems that power it.
What You’ll Build
Omnichannel conversational agents, including ultra-low-latency voice experiences
RAG and retrieval system to drive personalized and contextual AI experiences
Specialized agentic workflows for leasing, bookings, and property management
Event-driven, real-time communication architectures
Agent orchestration tools for consistency, reliability, and scale
Core Technical Skills
Technical planning and system design
Python for AI agent development and orchestration
TypeScript for APIs and real-time data pipelines
Experience with RAG, agentic frameworks, and orchestration tools
Conversational AI expertise (voice/video, STT/TTS pipelines)
5+ years building production-level, scalable and resilient systems
Preferred Experience
Data experience: ingestion pipelines and scalable infrastructure (0→1→100+)
Low-latency optimization and performance tuning
Building voice/conversational AI products (Livekit)
Event-driven architectures and asynchronous messaging patterns (Kafka, Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, or similar)
