who can build the financial backbone of an institutional-grade company
without slowing us down . This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a steady, quietly brilliant professional who brings order, credibility, and efficiency to a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Maintain, clean up and reconcile books across multiple entities and projects Create standardized charts of accounts and internal reporting calendars Manage AP/AR, cash flow, and monthly closes Prepare GAAP financials and lender/investor reporting packages Coordinate tax filings and audits with external partners Build and lead a small accounting team as processes stabilize Who You Are Steady, trustworthy, grounded
