As a Paid Acquisition Specialist, you will design, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms). You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Data Analysis, Client Strategy) to ensure campaigns align with client objectives and drive measurable performance. Your mission is to analyze, optimize, and scale ad accounts with monthly budgets ranging from $100k–$1M. You will leverage data-driven strategies to accelerate client growth across a diverse portfolio. Your proficiency in campaign management, data analysis, and rapid testing will be essential in turning data into actionable insights in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Ensure accurate audience targeting, segmentation, and creative alignment. Collaborate with Creative to develop compelling ad visuals and copy. Aim to meet client revenue and spend targets and ensure budgets align with client goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine tactics and unify execution.

Analytics & Optimization

Monitor campaign KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions). Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies. Provide actionable recommendations based on performance data; regularly analyze and propose optimizations. Collaborate with Creative for analytics-driven iterations.

Budget Management & Forecasting

Allocate and manage ad spend across channels to achieve objectives and ROI targets. Provide accurate forecasts and performance projections to internal stakeholders and clients.

Reporting & Insights

Generate regular campaign performance reports. Present insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams in a clear, data-driven manner. Lead client communications and provide timely updates on performance and optimization plans.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with Design, Copywriting, and Retention teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey across touchpoints. Maintain open communication with Data Analysis for deeper insights into user behavior and performance.

Who You Are

Results-Oriented & Analytical: You focus on metrics and ROI through targeting and creative refinement. Platform Proficiency: Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid platforms; familiarity with AI-driven optimization tools is a plus. 5+ years of experience in paid media with a proven track record in digital marketing or eCommerce. Hands-on platform expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant DTC platforms. Strong analytical skills: comfortable interpreting complex data, running A/B tests, and deriving actionable insights. Budget & forecasting experience: ability to manage six-figure monthly ad spends. Compliance & best practices: familiarity with advertising policies and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA). Adaptability & speed: capable of juggling multiple campaigns and priorities without compromising quality. Bonus Points
