We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Production Manager
to oversee manufacturing operations within a fast-paced, high-quality production environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader skilled in Lean manufacturing, safety compliance, and team development. This role will be responsible for managing daily workflows, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Location:

Full-Time | Direct Hire Base pay range $34.61/hr - $37.50/hr Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities across departments, including print, CNC, and assembly. Implement and maintain 5S and Lean Manufacturing standards. Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and other teams to resolve issues and optimize workflow. Recruit, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a safe and collaborative work environment. Monitor KPIs related to output, quality, downtime, scrap, and on-time delivery. Lead production meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant facility. Resolve personnel issues, analyze data, and recommend corrective actions when necessary. Oversee equipment use and maintenance; ensure secure facility shutdowns at the end of shift. Qualifications
3-5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or production leadership. 1+ year of experience supervising hourly employees. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies. Proven ability to analyze and optimize production processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred. Why Apply
