Overview

ISCO Industries is an end-to-end piping solutions provider that specializes in HDPE. Manufacturing Engineers create and build tools, equipment, products, and solutions to give the operations and sales teams what they need to be the best in the industry. This position is based in our Louisville fabrication facility where we have a dedicated projects area for product R&D and equipment design/development and fabrication. Join a team that supports manufacturing facilities across the US. Experience a balance of design work in the office, R&D and fabrication in the shop, and travel to other facilities for on-site work or installations. Responsibilities

New product R&D. Design and build new equipment to be used in fabrication facilities. Maintain and improve existing equipment in fabrication facilities. Manage and execute fabrication facility upgrades or additions. Procure tools and equipment for fabrication and distribution facilities. Manufacturing process and organization improvements. CNC and Robotic manufacturing equipment setup and support. Organize and maintain documentation for all ongoing and completed projects. Support operations and company initiatives. Perform other tasks as needed. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or another Engineering discipline; prior work or internship experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment required. Experience: 3 – 10 years. Experience designing and building equipment and procurement of tools or components required. Skills: Proficient knowledge of Autodesk Inventor; familiarity with equipment fabrication, welding, machining, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Project management and organizational skills preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Employment details
