Track program progress against key milestones, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline. Develop and manage executive reports, dashboards, and summaries that clearly communicate status, risks, and achievements. Support senior leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions. Maintain documentation, reporting standards, and communication plans to ensure transparency and accountability. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs or transformation initiatives. Strong background in governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Proven experience in developing and delivering executive-level reporting and communications. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Skilled communicator with the ability to influence and align diverse teams. Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies is a plus. Seniority level
