Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Columbus, OH office. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of litigation experience, with a preference for labor and employment law experience. This role provides the opportunity to work on a variety of complex employment law matters and collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in employment-related litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client advice.
Participate in trial preparation and court proceedings, including depositions, hearings, and mediations.
Advise clients on employment law compliance and risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with colleagues on complex labor and employment issues, providing innovative solutions to client challenges.
Qualifications
Licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio.
3–6+ years of litigation experience; labor and employment law experience preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal services and maintaining client relationships.
