Overview
Global Head (f/m/d) of Procurement Support – Digitalization & Controls. This role reports to the Head of Procurement and provides visibility to Executive Management. You will lead the Global Support team with strategic insight and operational influence across our international business, spanning New Apparatus, Service, and Nuclear product lines. Responsibilities
Lead & develop a global team of approximately 10 professionals, inspiring and coaching across diverse skills and perspectives. Drive procurement excellence across regions by supporting bids and project execution from headquarters to six regions in 20+ countries, collaborating with local procurement and bid teams to achieve Contribution to Growth (CTG) goals. Accelerate cost and margin initiatives by partnering with local buyers, commodity managers, and engineering teams to lead key negotiations and optimize global Frame Agreements, ensuring targets for Contribution to Net Income (CNI) are met. Champion supply chain resilience by monitoring and mitigating risks within the CD&NUC supply chain, coordinating with procurement and engineering stakeholders for seamless operations. Elevate supplier partnerships and quality through global Supplier Engagement and Quality Management programs, focusing on flawless execution and continuous improvement with strategic suppliers worldwide. Lead strategic initiatives to strengthen procurement, improve supplier performance, enhance operational efficiency, and support growth and margin priorities. What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. Significant experience in senior procurement roles with both strategic and operational expertise. Proven leadership with extensive experience managing global, diverse teams. Strong capabilities in commercial and contract negotiation, particularly for complex services and solutions. Practical knowledge of contract law as it pertains to procurement activities. Sharp analytical skills for data insights and excellent written and verbal communication across cultures and organizational levels. About The Team
