Overview
Digital Transformation & Solutions Consultant (Lead) – Martech and Content Transformation Role within the Digital Customer Experience (DCE) Practice, focusing on MarTech & Content Transformation initiatives. Supports digital marketing and content transformation programs by modernizing Marketing through AI-enabled approaches. Involves project delivery, solution design, and collaboration with senior team members and client stakeholders. What you’ll do
Support the planning and delivery of Martech & Content Transformation programs across Industries such as Life Sciences, Retail, Travel & Hospitality and other industries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to design, build, and operate modern Martech & Content Supply Chain solutions. Contribute to the implementation and integration of platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce & Veeva PromoMats. Assist in applying AI/GenAI-driven techniques for content tagging, personalization, and modular content generation. Participate in project execution activities including documentation, requirements gathering, testing, and performance tracking. Partner with senior leads in developing innovative approaches, frameworks, and accelerators in digital marketing and content operations. Work closely with offshore and cross-disciplinary teams to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery. Support efforts related to project management, client updates, and coordination across digital initiatives. What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline. 5-10 years of experience in digital transformation, marketing technology, or consulting roles. Good understanding of content lifecycle processes—from planning and creation to approval, personalization, and omni-channel activation. Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools (AEM, DAM, Workfront, CDP), Salesforce and familiarity with AWS or similar cloud environments. Working knowledge of AI/ML-based content automation or personalization tools is a plus. Additional skills
Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client challenges into practical digital solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact confidently with client and internal teams. Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. What You’ll Gain
