A prestigious law firm with a strong focus on innovation and technology seeks a Senior Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney to join its San Francisco office. This position offers the opportunity to lead complex IP disputes involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets while collaborating with industry-leading clients and highly accomplished attorneys. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex IP litigation from inception through trial, including strategy, discovery, and motion practice. Advise clients on matters involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Represent clients in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation. Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support teams while fostering professional development. Collaborate with technical experts, inventors, and business stakeholders to build compelling cases. Negotiate settlements and provide strategic dispute resolution guidance. Ensure client goals align with sound litigation and business strategies. Qualifications
20+ years of experience in intellectual property litigation, with a strong record in patent and complex IP matters. Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active California Bar license in good standing. Demonstrated leadership in managing litigation teams and multiple client portfolios. Exceptional writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills. Deep understanding of technology and innovation-driven industries.
