Role Overview In this Talent Acquisition role, you will be part of our high-performing global TA team and will partner with Colgate’s Supply Chain function to understand talent strategy and hiring priorities, providing proactive recruiting support, requisition management, and TA advice. You will be a true talent advisor, guiding and influencing hiring teams through the end-to-end process while ensuring a unique experience for external candidates.
Responsibilities
Manage full cycle recruiting for Supply Chain and Manufacturing from strategic intake through flawless offer delivery, exceeding expectations at every stage.
Conduct detailed intake conversations with hiring managers and develop strategic sourcing strategies to attract passive talent.
Work collaboratively with HR and functional leaders to understand their talent needs.
Collaborate on continuous improvement of the recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager experience through process optimization, new solutions, and technology.
Communicate measurable success metrics and business trends to the right audience.
Use industry-leading tools (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Insights, Talent Neuron) to stay on the cutting edge of talent market trends and drive innovative sourcing.
Participate in annual TA project work and technology reviews and implementations.
Deploy creative techniques to attract top talent for roles demanding unique skills, diversity, and speed-to-hire, ensuring talent pipelines are rich and future-ready.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of talent acquisition experience within a global company and/or agency environment
Manufacturing or supply chain recruitment experience
Demonstrated sourcing experience and expertise resulting in talent pipeline development
Proven experience developing and maintaining relationships with candidates while assessing their profiles against role requirements
Prior experience with TA-specific technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, HiredScore, SuccessFactors ATS, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Talent Acquisition experience within the Consumer Products/Goods industry
Experience in engaging and managing the performance of third-party search firms
Knowledge of best recruitment practices, employment and hiring laws
Ability to understand and analyze recruitment funnel data
Strong written and verbal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Strong ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience recruiting for R&D, Quality, Packaging, or Supply Chain functions
Prior experience recruiting for North America
This is a 6+ month contract with the possibility of extension up to 1 year.
Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $ - $ USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions, subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days prorated based on hire date). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
