Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. This process is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements and regulatory approvals. Following the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and governed by its employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans.

Key Responsibilities

Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and penetrating existing customers, support product conversions with new customers, and help achieve sales goals including market share objectives in the prescribed territory.

Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room through clinical and product knowledge; present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.

Support customers by attending surgeries, ensuring proper equipment availability, optimizing trays, and providing Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department consultation.

Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; handle customer requests, manage hospital billing, and create/close purchase orders.

Share customer, procedural and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategic account teams to improve solutions and service levels; prepare sales reports as required.

Maintain and deploy equipment and assets across the assigned area, ensure product availability, and keep promotional materials presentable; ensure DePuy Synthes Services meet high quality standards.

Focus on customer satisfaction and retention, articulate the value proposition of DePuy Synthes to customers, and differentiate DPS products from competition through insights.
