Associate Dentist position at Tad S. Lovan, DDS, PC, in partnership with P1 Dental Partners. We are seeking a talented dentist to join a passionate team committed to delivering quality dental care and brightening patients’ smiles. Opportunity Highlights
Strong Growth Trajectory: Practice produced $1.1 million in 2024 and aims to maintain or exceed this level in 2025, with solid earning potential for an incoming provider. Strong Clinical Infrastructure: General practice offering preventive, restorative, prosthetic, cosmetic, implant restoration, oral surgery, endodontics, SureSmile, with CBCT, PrimeScan, implant motor/guided placement kit, and two in-house mills. High Production & Collections with Growth Potential: 2024 production at $1.01M; collections above production at $1.07M; current 6-op setup with opportunity to expand for immediate earnings and long-term growth. Supportive, Experienced Team & Full-Time Schedule: Work with 2 hygienists and 2 EFDA s in a collaborative environment on a Monday–Thursday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 1-hour lunch). Ideal Candidate Profile: Passionate dentist with prior experience, eager to contribute to a collaborative team, take part in leadership, and build lasting patient relationships. Please note: formal mentorship is not available at this time. Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat patients with oral diseases; provide services including cleanings, root canals, extractions, fillings, bridges, crowns, dentures, and other oral care. Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive care; consult senior doctors when uncertain about patient care matters. Maintain clear and concise clinical notation and documentation for every patient treated. Qualifications
