Trueline’s client, a highly regarded boutique trust & estates firm in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a
Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney (3–8 years)
to join their growing team. This role offers early responsibility, deep client exposure, and the chance to build sophisticated planning experience.
What You’ll Do as the Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney
Lead estate and trust planning engagements and administration matters from start to finish
Draft, review, and manage complex estate, gift, and fiduciary tax returns
Develop and implement customized planning strategies for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and entrepreneurs
Communicate directly with clients, execute plan implementation, and supervise support staff
Coordinate with tax, accounting, and other advisors to deliver seamless client service
Must-Haves as the Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney
3 to 8 years of experience in estate, trust, and fiduciary planning and administration
Solid knowledge of estate, gift, and fiduciary tax laws and regulations
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Comfort in interacting with high-net-worth clients and managing substantive client work early
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
JD and bar admission in Florida
Nice-to-Haves as the Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney
LL.M. in Taxation, Estate Planning, or related advanced degree
Experience with advanced planning techniques (e.g., GRATs, CLATs, family limited partnerships, intangible planning)
Exposure to multi-state or international estate and tax planning
Familiarity with estate planning software or systems
