Auto Driveaway primarily serves large corporate fleets, fleet management companies, upfitters, dealerships and vehicle OEMs with fast, safe and reliable door-to-door driveaway service nationwide. Services include fleet shipping and fleet management services; single vehicle “door-to-door driveaway” shipping; expedited shipping; enclosed carrier shipping for high-value vehicles; international (overseas) shipping; short-term and long-term vehicle storage; licensing, titling and registration of vehicles; and vehicle maintenance and reconditioning services. We are looking for a Recruiter that shares this passion and can help bring candidates to a winning team. Role and Responsibilities

Recruit for employee positions across various departments, roles, and geographies Screen applications, conduct phone and/or in-person interviews to determine the most qualified candidates to be presented to management and onboarded Assist with leading selected candidates through the onboarding and new hire process Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure employee population reflects business needs Draft and modify job postings and position descriptions to attract applicants to the organization Identify and improve on job posting strategies and outlets to maximize return on investment, as appropriate for each position Participate in new hire and employee engagement activities to drive candidate and employee satisfaction Be an active participant and contribute to recruitment initiatives and communicate proactively and consistently with business partners Collaborate with more than 40 Field Offices on employee recruitment activities and strategies Provide requested reporting and analytics In conjunction with key functional groups such as Operations, Human Resources and Marketing, utilize various social media methods to deliver and drive candidate traffic to our website and application channels Grow Auto Driveaway’s reputation as the driveaway company of choice across the United States Qualifications and Education Requirements

College degree required 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience, with proven mastery of the full life cycle of recruiting practices, processes and procedures including relevant Federal and State laws Strong background in talent acquisition and engagement strategies and best practices Working knowledge of transportation industry Exceptional organizational and communication skills Meticulous attention to detail High energy, enthusiasm and drive for achieving results Passionate about customer and employee experience Ability to conduct cold calls, research-based sourcing and internet and web-based recruiting Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Project planning and project management skills Data analysis and/or report building experience Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment, recognizing a sense of urgency and self-motivation
