The company is looking for a strategic Finance Vice President to play a crucial role in delivering financial insights that will foster robust growth and accountability. In this leadership position, you will oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across different regions and departments. You will also provide vital strategic financial support, create long-range financial models, and evaluate the financial implications of expansion opportunities.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong financial background in corporate FP&A, investment banking, or corporate development with at least 3 years of executive-level experience. Previous experience in the cannabis industry, complex manufacturing, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) is highly desirable.
The successful applicant will hold a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, while an MBA is a plus. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, demonstrated capability in high-pressure situations, advanced modeling and presentation skills, and expertise in GAAP are essential.
We seek a proactive self-starter who can think creatively and maintain high accuracy and precision, with a keen interest in enhancing reporting processes through automation.
